Q: What is included with my pass purchase?
A: Your purchase will provide access to the live and on-demand streaming of the event(s) until it expires. Purchases expire in 30 days from when the event was held, not when the event was purchased.
Q: If I'm not available to watch live, can I watch it later?
YES. With your stream or package purchases, you have access to the live event and all archived events that are included in your purchase option.
Q: Are MP4 downloads included in my purchase?
A: Some purchases provide access to download the game onto your watching device to keep forever. See the Event Details or Package Details sections on the event page.
Q: What if a live stream I paid for is cancelled?
A: Payments of any cancelled events will be applied as a credit to a future event.
Q: Who do I contact if there are any problems with my streaming?
A: With any technology and internet, occasional issues with the signal may arise. Check your network's download speed by going to speedtest.net. If it's less than 5 Mbps, you may experience buffering in the playback. If still experiencing issues, please reply to your email purchase receipt.
Q: Refunds and Exchanges
A: FT Center is provided on an "as is" basis. We will not have any liability to you for the quality, cancellation, or abandonment of any event or the failure to show any event as scheduled or advertised, nor where you are unable to watch any event on any specific platform or device. All pay-per-view sales are final: there are no refunds for any reason. If you've purchased the wrong event, we will exchange it for another event of the same value.
